Mobile Test Automation Engineer

We are looking for a mobile developer with experience in development for either Android or iOS, that is willing to move into Test Automation as a full time engineer. This person will be responsible for implementing and leading our automation testing efforts in all of our mobile products.

In this role you will:

• be responsible for all aspects of quality of the Lifesum mobile apps.
• be asked to implement automation tests for all layers of the application, striving towards 100% automated testing on both iOS and Android.
• coordinating releases with project managers and engineers to certify upcoming features.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail, self-starter, self-motivated, and proactive
• Strong programming skills in Java and/or Objective-C - object oriented design and analysis/debugging skills
• Basic understanding of iOS and Android Development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; works effectively independently and in a team environment
• Prior work experience with agile development
• Experience setting up automation systems for mobile applications is not required although understanding automation tools like Selenium or Appium is a big advantage.
