Junior Frontend Developer

On the behalf of a client - a digital agency - we are now looking for a junior Frontend Developer to work as a Technical Publisher in their team. This is a great opportunity to start an interesting carreer, working with some of the best in the industry.

THE JOB

The Technical Publisher is responsible for both implementing changes to existing email templates, such as updating copy or imagery within an existing email template, or the development and testing of brand new email templates and then the population of the content inside.

The Technical Publisher works closely with Quality Assurance to ensure that email updates or new email templates work across the agreed email matrix.

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALITIES

- You can see yourself working in an adjustment / production role as an interesting career step, creating multiple templates, editing in HTML/CSS, creating multiple executions of similarly designed / built emails and other eCRM items.
- You have a nice eye for detail and design and clarity in your coding structure, file saving, and generally good IT/Tech skills.
- You have the ability to learn new programs quickly, with support.
- You have some relevant skills in the Adobe CS, that can come from designer / tech education (University Level) or practical experience, or a combination.
- You are keen to learn and have a postitive mindset.
- We think you have between 6 - 18 months experience working with a strong brand or agency / marketing business environment, with similar tasks, and/or web design / frontend development.
