Software Developer

CtrlPrint is expanding their business around the world and are now looking for software developers that want to join our development team with developing our application. In a smaller company like this, you will work with various work tasks with a holistic perspective and will be a part of the company’s success and growth.

The position as Software Developer

We are now looking for enthusiastic developers to join us. You’ll be joining a small development team that works closely together with developing CtrlPrint. It’s more important that you are flexible and like to learn new things, rather than being an expert within a specific field.

The technologies used include Go, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, C#, C/C++ and PostgreSQL, and you are expected to be experienced in at least either Go, React or C/C++.

Our product includes an API-backend implemented in Go, backed by a PostgreSQL database and an S3 based data storage, a SPA-frontend built using React, as well as a few native desktop applications implemented in C/C++ and JavaScript.

The job includes maintaining the current application, as well as designing and implementing new features.

Personal qualities

• At least 2 years of experience in either Go or React.
• Interest or experience in information security
• It is a plus if you have experience in: Amazon Web Services, single-page applications and PostgreSQL, as well as working with both the Windows and macOS-platform
• Fluent in English, written and spoken

Your interest in programming is strong and quality as well as security is something you find very important. Furthermore, you have a creative mindset and are not afraid to take initiative in driving your work forward. You are comfortable in situations where you have to communicate about your product.
