Developer with an interest in DevOps to SD Worx

In May last year, Aditro and SD Worx merged and are now the leading European provider of HR systems with more than 5 300 employees in eighteen countries and HQ in Belgium and customers in 150 countries. You will belong to a team of 10 team members, both DevOps Engineers, system architects and DevOps Architects and you will work in a tight collaboration with both your team and other functions within SD Worx such as developers, sales, consultants and clients as well. You report to Head of DevOps and you will belong to the office in Sundbyberg but there´s opportunities to work remote as well.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Your team practice a 60 % focus area which for you will be the SRE (site reliability engineering) of the application. This means you will for example work with DevOps related to application performance and elaborate how the company is working with DevOps processes. The other 40 % is used to assist and support within the team with various tasks such as trouble shooting systems, discussing potential problems with the applications with the customers, operations of systems, set ups of new customers etc.

Examples of projects you will work with can be to re-evaluate if we are working with the right technologies and tune how we use the technology stack to ensure that there will be no surprises in the end of the project. It can also be to evaluate if we´re using MongoDB correctly, what happens if the application is overloaded etc. This work is done in tight collaboration with different functions within the company where you have an important coordinating function.

* Good knowledge within .NET and C#
* Microsoft SQL Server
* Knowledge in Windows or Linux platforms
* Strong knowledge in English
