The Product Design team belongs to the Online organization of Tre. Online has two key metrics; increase sales to new and existing customers and increase the degree of self-service in the app and online. In this role, you can help us reach our goals by creating an awesome user experience on tre.se

About the role
In the role of a Product Designer, you will create design and user flows focusing on eCommerce and conversions. You will work with a team of engaged, fun, and ambitious product designers who are all dedicated to creating great designs and having fun together! We believe in working in close collaboration with all disciplines that will make the user experience awesome. Therefore, each Product Designer is part of a cross-functional scrum team with developers, testers, business analysts, product owners, and editors.

Each week, we also take time for design activities such as design system syncs, feedback sessions, and other ways to cooperate and share our knowledge.

Together with the other Product Designers, you will design features and user flows that go hand in hand with our design system and principles. With your skill set, experience, and ability to inspire, you will challenge us to become even better.

More about you
Your knowledge and experience as a UX or Product Designer have made you successful with your employers, and now you feel ready for a change. You are used to collaborating with specialists in development, measurement, and CRO - in a cross-functional context. You love eCommerce and have probably designed for webshops before. Usability testing and other user research tickle your brain, and you can interpret their thoughts and pain points into insights and gorgeous and straightforward user flows.

For you, it is enriching to work in an environment where priorities and conditions change now and then. You have a passion for web, design, and usability, and it is in your nature to pass on knowledge to your colleagues.

The team has many contact areas, and therefore we believe that you have good communication skills and enjoy networking with others. We see it as a bonus if you experience in A/B testing and other forms of conversion optimization work.
