Do you want to work with one of Axis' fastest growing product areas and highly skilled colleagues at a world leading company? If yes, look at this opportunity! We are looking for a Software Project Manager/Product Owner to New Business, developing our Audio Manager Edge in Lund, Sweden.
Who is your future team?
The Audio Solution program consists of eight agile teams developing Axis' network audio solution contributing to build a smarter and safer world. This role is as project leader for four teams developing both front-end and back-end for Axis Audio Manager Edge as well as product owner for the product.
The team works with frameworks and techniques such as C, Linux, Javascript, React/Redux, Webpack, node.js, Git/Gerrit, MQTT, JSON RESTful API and Rust.
The role is carried out in close collaboration with other project managers/product owners and the management team that is responsible for developing the Axis Audio Solution.
What you'll do here as Project manager/Product Owner?
As a Project Manager/Product Owner you will be leading the development teams working with Axis Audio Manager Edge. You will be part of a management team within the Audio Solution R&D organization and develop our products and the way we work.
The main tasks include:
* Engage with Product Managers, UX Designers and Software Engineers to ensure all relevant requirements are identified and included in both design and delivery
* Product backlog owner with mandate to prioritize backlog
* Collaborate with other product owners to assure that requirements dependencies are managed
* Interface with stakeholders on priorities and strategy
* Plan releases with regards to time and scope
* Continuously follow up on the development teams' progress
* Gather and present status to relevant stakeholders
Who are we looking for/Who are you?
* We believe you have a genuine interest, talent and experience in leading people and projects. You have a natural ability to motivate your team, creating an open and innovative work environment

We'd love to hear that you have/are:
* Several years of project management of software development
* Background as engineer, preferably in software development
* Experience in agile software development
* A master's degree in engineering and a professional background relevant for the team's competence area
* Fluent in Swedish and English
