About the position

Our client is a European leader and innovative e-ID/IT-security company with a mission to secure society by enabling trusted identities for people and things. As Full Stack Developer you will join the Smart ID Mobile team at the Stockholm office. This is a permanent position, and it is open to all applicants intending to relocate as soon as possible.

Your role

In this position you will have the main responsibility for DevOps and the back-end services of Hermod. It is a web-based service for online authentication and signing and an important part of the company’s offer and services. You will also be involved in the development of the mobile apps and SDKs used with the services. With a clear and consistent security focus you will be implementing new functions, streamlining the development and working with maintenance and quality assurance. You will drive the development forward and work with continuous deployment in the cloud as well as on premise. Further on, your daily activities include collaborating and inspiring team members in a creative environment, both in your own team as well as in other teams.

In summary, you will work in a broad role within areas such as:

• Developing, improving and maintaining the back-end services
• Implementing, quality assuring and deploying new features
• Supporting the different deployment routes in an effective way
• Involvement in the development of related mobile applications and SDKs
• Supporting colleagues in other teams using the services

Your qualifications

To be successful in this role you need to have several years of experience in Java and Spring Boot and perhaps you also have a background in IT security. As we mentioned above, we are looking for someone who is passionate about DevOps and gladly shares ideas, knowledge, and experiences with your teammates, as well as you are interested in listening and learning from others.

Requirements

• Several years of experience within Java and Spring Boot
• Experience in Docker and Kubernetes
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written

Meritorious

• Communication skills in Swedish
• Experience in app development, iOS or Android
• Experience of working in cloud environment and DevOps

Contract type and hours

Full time consulting assignment, 6 months probationary employment, then recruitment to client. Start according to agreement.
