You are responsible for the business development of Kappahl's e-commerce and app in close cooperation with colleagues in Online, IT and our external IT partners.

- You will lead larger and smaller business development assignments
- You will plan and run the daily work in development, which includes requirements and testing.
- You will be involved in the roadmap for Online and participate in the development of online strategies and objectives for Kappahl's total online presence.
- You will act as a client and collaborate with IT and external IT partners.

Your profile You have relevant academic qualifications and several years of experience in similar roles within Online. You have a very good understanding of the digital customer journey, UX and are a sharp and experienced customer. You have experience of leading digital projects and assignments and have easy to communicate with both clients and developers while at the same time having easy to interpret data and what changes need to be made linked to insights we get. You like and see the importance of keeping up with the changes and trends of the world around you. At the same time, you can interpret what you see as improvements within your area of responsibility. You can communicate in writing and speech, both in Swedish and in English and you are highly experienced within IT.
