Role of UX Designer in Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a UX Designer with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

As a UX designer, you will work as part of a troika with the Engineering Manager and Product Manager, and you will be jointly responsible for product planning and team leadership.

The tasks will vary, but they may include:

• Plan and execute quantitative and qualitative user research Create conceptual sketches and flows
• Make prototypes.
• Quality-assured user experience and team anchor
• Take your hypotheses from concept to test.
• Workshops should be facilitated.
• Work in agile teams, write user stories, and so on.
• Continuously monitor, test, and optimise the product (including A/B tests).
• Take part in design reviews and brainstorming sessions with other UXers and designers.

Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:

We are looking for someone with experience in both user research and UX design, and who is comfortable working from broad and comprehensive research to detailed flow design.

You have prior experience with insight work in which both qualitative and quantitative research contributed to your in-depth understanding of user experiences and challenges.

You can take your hypotheses from concept to test. You're used to leading workshops and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively.

Competency prerequisites for the applicant:

• At least four years of experience as a UX designer, preferably in / on assignments for product companies.
• Experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Working knowledge of both apps (iOS and Android) and the web.

If you are computer-driven and have experience with A/B testing, this is a plus.

Language Requirements: Mastery of English & Swedish language in both speech and writing is required.
