Senior Full Stack Developer

About the job

The Consumer Applications team in Malmö develops mobile and web applications for our customers to control their alarm systems and services from wherever they are. On a daily basis, we have hundreds of thousands of users and you will be part of controlling the direct user interface to our end customers.

You will join our scrum team responsible for MyPages which is a modern and user-friendly web application that allows our customers to help themselves in a safe, easy and stable environment to handle their alarm system(s). Our team consists of 4 developers, 2 testers, a product owner and a scrum master and we work with technologies such as React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and GraphQL. Our backend tech stack is based on Java.

We are now growing our team with an experienced Full Stack Developer. You will analyze and implement system requirements, as well as being involved with system architecture and design. This means write and integrate code as well as perform test/verification of the developed functionalities. The role includes preparation and release of new functionalities, maintenance and support of developed features. Our intention is to eventually transform this role into a Software Architect and we expect you to be excited by this since that is how you see yourself develop in your professional role. You will collaborate with multiple Scrum teams, System Architects, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Test Engineers, DevOps Engineers and Users. 

What you bring

We are looking for a person who thrives working Full Stack with experience and interest working with both frontend and backend technologies. You have at least five years of experience  working with React, JavaScript and CSS and at least two years of experience working with Java and GraphQL. You have a good understanding in both technical and consumer needs and you implement solutions designed to meet them. We practice Scrum daily and our business language is English, hence we would like you to have worked in an international agile work environment.
