As a Senior Software Engineer, your manager is a collaborating partner: Although you do not manage, you share responsibility for the effectiveness and success of the team. You participate in discussions without a single given answer, you use your tact, timing, and judgment to make a difference aligned with TIBCO strategy and goals. Even if you organizationally belongs to one team, you collaborate globally and across organizational borders, influence and engage in matters of your team as well as what matters to the whole organization. Your job includes working as a technical specialist as well as influencing, inspiring and leading.

* Educates oneself to an advanced level regarding security and vulnerability types. Proactively applies the insights in development
* Recognized as a specialist or a generalist, with a structured approach from a well-conceived start, via an inclusive and transparent process, to a strong finish, with maintainable and performant results
* Has broad expertise, or unique knowledge, in the relevant area, and maintains that knowledge in relation to industry changes and trends
* Approaches the Spotfire product from a holistic system view, considering every engineering solution from a feature in context perspective
* Applies a standards-and-patterns-based approach to problems, unless significant innovation is preferable. Has the judgement to tell the difference
* Drives technical integrations and consistency with external TIBCO partners or other parties

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Experince in systems development in C#
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong communications skills

Meritorious:

* Experience with different database management systems and SQL variants is a plus
* Experience in systems integration and web services various techniques (for example REST, SOAP, WCF) is a plus
