Electrolux Group Technology Organization (GTO) is looking to strengthen its international team committed to enabling Cybersecurity and Privacy for the Group's growing portfolio of Digital Products. We are looking for a Cybersecurity Architect in the Digital Experience Domain, who formulates and communicates adequate best practices for cybersecurity and privacy protection and determines cybersecurity requirements for Mobile Apps, UX including Voice, Digital Experience Backends and other DX systems, to support the Group strategy for Digital Experience. You will ensure that systems are working at optimal levels and support development of new DX technologies and systems. This includes proper strategic management of Digital Experience complexity, considering the long-lasting presence of products on the market (minimum 10 years) and adequate cybersecurity and privacy. It is a global, strategic role, with the goal of ensuring technical competitive advantage of Electrolux connected products, services and systems.

Your main tasks:

•Formulates and assures application of cybersecurity and privacy guardrails and best practices in software development within the Digital Experience Domain; this may include Mobile Apps, UX Development, Mobile Frameworks, Design Patterns, Voice Interaction, Backends API interactions and Mobile SDK;

•Engages with the different Digital Products teams within the Scaled Agile methodology framework;

•Facilitates proper decision making by participating at Architecture Boards and Community of Practice function processes;

•Carries out cybersecurity-review processes through collaboration with Peer Architects, proposes architecture for new systems and solutions working together with other Architects, Engineers and Developers;

•Identifies and communicates current and emerging Cybersecurity threats and Cybersecurity and Privacy gaps in existing and proposed architectures, recommends remedies or enhancements, drives Digital Product cybersecurity by monitoring and ensuring compliance to standards policies, and procedures, including testing; conducts incident response analyses; develops and conducts Cybersecurity training programs;

•Maintains awareness of cybersecurity trends and novel solutions in Mobile and UX Designs & Interfaces and Digital Experience Backend services. Identifies debt and proactively recommends alternatives or improvements to enhance Digital Product cybersecurity and privacy.

•Represents Electrolux in relevant IoT standardization bodies where appropriate and ensures interoperability and compliance of Electrolux connectivity solutions.

•Helps build and maintain internal- and external stakeholder networks (e.g. with CISO, DPO, suppliers, partners, universities) in the area of Cybersecurity and Privacy.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering, or related. Master's Degree (or PhD) is a plus.

•Must have strong understanding of network architecture, cybersecurity principles, IoT systems architecture and of common operating systems. Expertise in of some of the advanced cybersecurity and privacy topics, such as mobile operating systems (iOS, Android), secure mobile application development; IoT and networked systems; Security testing and incident response necessary. Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) principles; Authentication & Authorization principles including OpenID/OAuth2 protocols; Cryptographic algorithms and protocols; Secure development lifecycle is helpful.

•3+ years of experience in architecting secure Mobile Applications or UX Solutions together with backend-API interaction is mandatory, 5+ years of experience in SW development is desirable;

•Experience in leadership in the area of Mobile Apps or UX Architecture, preferably in Agile Setup, is desirable;

•Experience from a complex international organization is highly desirable;

•Knowledge and experience in cloud computing platforms, cloud API design, with focus on security aspects is an advantage;

•Solid English, spoken and written, is mandatory for this role; knowledge of Italian or Swedish is a plus.
