We are building up Volvo Cars online sales capabilities and driving the shift towards direct consumer sales. Our aim is clear – to provide customers with modern, flexible and hassle-free ways to own a car, whether through a Care by Volvo subscription, lease, loan or cash. By that, shaping the future of the automotive industry.

What you’ll do
Volvo Cars is looking for talented, highly motivated individuals with strong data analysis skills and strategic thinking to join the web and online sales team working with key digital products, including volvocars.com and Care by Volvo.
In this role of Digital Insights Analyst, you will be a part of a larger analytics team as well as a digital product team. You will play a key role in transforming data about user engagement into business insights and actionable recommendations to improve the performance and the value of our digital experience.
In collaboration with the wider analytics team you will set the framework for how to operate with analytics in our digital channels and have full ownership on how this is managed within your product team on a daily basis.
In this role you will perform analysis based on data from multiple sources, design and evaluate A/B tests and provide the product team recommendations with the aim to optimize user experience, conversion rate and overall product performance.

You and your skills
To be successful in this role, we believe you should have:
* Strong knowledge within Google Analytics and BigQuery
* Past usage of data visualization tools like Google Data Studio or Tableau 
* Experience with tag management, analytics structure, taxonomy and implementation
* Familiarity with planning, executing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to develop easy-to-follow conclusions and hypothesis

Bonus if you also have any of the following:
* Knowledge within statistical programming languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python)
* Basic knowledge within web psychology
* Past usage of web survey tools and experience in survey design
* Experience in ecommerce and/or automotive industry and agile product development teams

You also have strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of engineers, product managers, subject matter experts and other cross-functional team members within a large matrixed organization.
