About this opportunity

The Ericsson Radio System portfolio is supported by a sophisticated Continuous Integration system that runs 24/7.

A vast amount of data is collected from the CI system and a tool stack has been developed to analyze said data, in order to provide tooling for fault identification, analysis, statistics, and visualization.

You will be working as a software engineer to help bring this tool stack to new heights. It forms an imperative role for ensuring the quality of our products

Who are we looking for?

• An experienced software developer with skills in Java
• Comfortable with rest API design and microservices in general, ideally using Spring
• Have considerable database background, such as Elasticsearch, MongoDB, and/or SQL
• Someone who feels at home in Linux shell environment
• You feel secure working in an environment where continuous delivery is employed
• Have the confidence to quickly take or influence decisions as new requirements or problems present themselves
• Attentive to users and clients in order to come up with the next thing to do to empower them further
• Work well with others but can also take lead and drive tasks and projects

The environment we offer

• Working in a full-stack team
• Developing a software stack written mainly in Java 11 and NodeJS/React
• New features and bug fixes are delivered according to continuous delivery
• DevOps – the team is responsible for both development, deployment and operation of services
• Have a close relationship with users and stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor or Master of Science

(e.g Science within Electrical Engineering, Data Communication, Computer Science and Engineering, Software Engineering of Distributed Systems, Engineering Physics)

or equivalent formal education and/or experience.
