Our mission is to establish the necessary processes and IT-solutions to support the Common Product Development within the TRATON Group which Scania is part of. To enable Collaboration, we work together with the corresponding R&D organizations within TRATON such as MAN, Navistar and MAN Latin America as well as Strategic Partners to TRATON Group.

To meet the business demands Collaboration need to strengthen the team with a Developer. You will be a member of a team and work together with our passionate self-organized t-shaped teams. This means that we work and support each other together.

This is what you love doing
As an experienced Developer, you will be joining our fantastic team to build the applications for Collaboration within the TRATON Group. As a Developer you are accountable for defining and developing applications that are fit for its intended use within the Collaboration Layer based on the architecture vision. We see that you have at least 3 years of work experience and extensive knowledge within AWS going into to this.

As a Developer you are to collaborate together with the team and different stakeholders to understand the solution context and intent, analyse technical trade-offs, determine the services within a certain application and how the applications interact, define non-functional requirements and work close together within cross-functional teams. You will be working together within a release train with multiple agile distributed teams with highly competent, versatile and diverse colleagues.

Our technology stack/tools includes i.e. Amazon Web Services, Lambdas, Angular 10 & 11, Python, Java, GitLab among others. We work on a Java based micro-service architecture. We believe you have knowledge in at least some of these areas.

Who we believe you are – what you will bring to the team
• Participate in planning, definition, and design of the application development
• Enable the Continuous Delivery Pipeline through appropriate design guidelines and investment advocacy
• Actively participate in the continuous Exploration process as part of the Continuous Delivery Pipeline
• Define subsystems and their interfaces, allocate responsibilities to subsystems, understand solution deployment, and communicate requirements for interactions within the solution context
• Work with business stakeholders, and business Architects to establish high-level solution intent, and the solution intent information models and documentation requirements
• Support in the work of establish critical NFRs for the different applications
• Work together with team, stakeholders, notably the Business and Solution Architects, to develop, analyse, split, and realize the implementation of enabler Epics
• Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning and Pre- and Post-PI Planning, System Demos, and VCT inspect and adapt events
• Define, explore, and support the implementation of enablers to evolve solution intent
• Work with team and Product Owner to determine the capacity allocation for enablement work
