Key Responsibilities:

The Cloud Foundation cluster, which is part of the Digital organisation, is responsible for providing a modern, cloud-native platform for the company's internal and external applications.

To join our team, we're looking for a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer.

You'll collaborate closely with the company's software developers all over the world to deliver and run key cloud applications. As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you will use automation to ensure the availability, scalability, and reliability of our systems.

You'll be part of a technical team tasked with enabling the enterprise's transition to cloud native technologies by implementing and developing cutting-edge solutions. You'll assist in the cloud onboarding of new teams by sharing knowledge and best practises.

Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:

We're looking for a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer with a track record of building and running large-scale production infrastructure on a global scale. You should be familiar with the Cloud Native ecosystem and have experience working in DevOps teams.

You value automation and are heavily invested in CI/CD and GitOps. We expect you to be well-versed in modern cloud technologies, as well as the methodologies and tools that go with them.

Required skill for application:

• In-depth knowledge and experience with Kubernetes clusters in the public cloud.
• You know a lot about cloud computing and have a lot of experience with it (at least one of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba Cloud).
• Several years of software engineering experience with languages like Python and Golang.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills are required, as well as a working knowledge of Terraform and its use in implementing infrastructure as code.
• Previous knowledge of the technologies we use today.
