Our team
We are a small but growing team working closely with our end-users within Scania R&D. The team is responsible for developing and maintaining applications that support the testing of the electrical system in our vehicles. The team is currently working in a modern, agile workflow both remotely and in the office.
The applications are developed in C# .Net as backend and Angular as frontend with SQL-server as database. We also maintain a few applications built with older technologies.
What you will do
We are currently looking for an experienced developer (minimum 3-5 years of working experience) that enjoys going quickly from idea to deployed solution.
As a person, you are a team player, you are unpretentious and transparent with your work, and are happy to share your knowledge with your colleagues.
Your main tasks will be:
• Develop software: design, coding, testing, deployment
• Continuously share your experience with the rest of the team and help the team reach its full potential
• Deliver testable, maintainable, and high-quality code
• Develop complete software solutions from backend to frontend
• Work closely with fun, passionate co-workers with different backgrounds
Your profile
• A university education in computer/systems science, or equivalent experience
• Backend: Coding skills in C#, including Rest APIs
• Frontend: Experience in working with the JavaScript framework for web applications, preferably Angular
• Good experience in working with relational databases, preferably SQL Server
• Experience in CI/CD and Git
• Meritorious: Experience in working with cloud development, preferably AWS
• Meritorious: Working with mobile app development, preferably with Xamarin
• Languages: Fluent in English and Swedish is meritorious
• Above all you love programming and are not afraid to explore new concepts
