Test & Continuous Integration sector within Compute and Digital Silicon PDU (Product Development Unit) is looking for a new team member to the DNEW Serviceability test team at CDS which is a focus area to ensure Ericsson success with the digital transformation. Ericsson is at the heart of this development and is shaping this future!

We are currently looking at investing in key competencies in a few selected areas. We want to grow our team and hire someone who will work with User Journey (UJ) verification and automation strategy to develop, implement, and maintain a cost efficient and future prof test design and environment to meet our customer needs

In our PDU we are developing the next generation of 5G Basebands, Radio Processor units, Radio Gateways, next generation ASIC & FPGA’s and Common HW for Power and Site solution together with the related software

This role aims to increase our efficiency in verification and automation in the Baseband, StreetMacro and Radio Gateway Area test area. Are you up for a new challenge?

What you will do

• Actively participate in product development cycle: review system solution and requirements, do test analysis, test execution trouble shooting and general availability (GA) evaluation. Participate in solution introduction at FOA etc.
• Play a driving role in the test automation and integration of our PDU products
• Work on test integration, verification and delivery of test cases into CI loops.
• Initiate and drive continuous improvements of products and processes on team or higher level.

You will bring

• Proven experience in test automation and Java programming
• Relevant technical knowledge in the DNEW product portifolio
• Demonstrated leadership capability Competence to influence across organizations, effectively leading change, originating ideas, gaining commitment
• Excellent abilities to make priorities and deliver the results
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication skills and ability to build networks
• Genuine interest and understanding of Lean and Agile concepts
• Experience in ICT services (preferably)
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
