Job Description


As a Product Analyst you will work as a key enabler to secure realization of business and customer value from analytics, data and models in our customer centric products. You have a strong customer focus, a commercial mindset and innate curiosity, you keep the customer at heart, and you love making data talk!

You will get the opportunity to work with a cluster of 3 great product teams focusing on transforming in-store experience globally at H&M Group.

• In-Store Customer Care – we aim to empower our store colleagues to provide an omni, personalized and exceptional experience in the store

• Rental in Store – we aim to build an amazing rental experience for our customer to consume fashion in a sustainable way

• In-Store Personal Services – we aim to offer a click n meet solution to enable services such as Body Scan for perfect jeans fit as well as personal shopping, but also services such as repair and remake.

You will be an integral part of distributed and diverse teams in the initial phases of setting up a data driven decision framework to assist the team in making the right decisions and deliver optimum customer value.

Your key responsibilities

• Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support your product's vision with customer insights

• Work with multiple advanced analytics tools to analyze, execute and follow up initiatives from idea to reality

• Generate and test hypotheses to support a data driven approach to product development

• Have a business mindset to create and use dashboards, to monitor team OKR's and metrics, and to showcase results and learnings


Qualifications


Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a sales-minded, social, open, communicative, and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. You have a robust analytical ability with an eye for change and improvement opportunities.

• Experience from product, business or customer analytics, management consulting etc.

• A tech product mindset and familiarity with agile approach to product development

• Great communicator that can tell a story using data

• Experience in vizualisation tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Data Studio or any other)

• Experience in working with programming languages such as SAS, SQL, R, or Python

• Fluent in English
