We at Car-O-Liner // Snap-on are a global supplier of repair, alignment, and measuring equipment for the automotive aftermarket. Our products and services include equipment, systems, software, and data for the repair of crash-damaged vehicles (passenger cars) and targeting and measuring equipment for heavy vehicles. All our systems and solutions are well known for their high quality, advanced technology, and ergonomic design. Since the autumn of 2016, we are part of Snap-on Incorporated and are in an exciting and developing period with operations in large parts of the world. That's why we now are looking, together with Oddwork, for our next Frontend and Backend developers who will make our company run like a well-oiled machine. Is it you?

About the roles
We are now on the hunt for backend and frontend developers. You will join a successful team who are responsible for all elements of our application development - from embedded to cloud solutions. As a frontend developer, you will work with our mechanical measuring instrument that measures how crashed a car is. You will also be responsible for ensuring that we have repaired the car, in the way that the manufacturer expects. You will work with our software, and your key responsibility is to develop Web UIs and work with the UIs for desktop and mobile applications. For the backend developer, on the other hand, the key responsibility is to develop Web/Cloud-based services. When it comes to the web, we think you are familiar with Node.JS, HTML/PHP/SQL/Cloud services, or AWS/Azure. With nimble fingers, you’re using tools and are familiar with areas like Visual Studio, JIRA, Git, DevOps, or Entity Framework - and you do it with confidence.

We think you have worked with any of the following technologies:

- C/C++
- .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET
- Xamarin
- HTML / CSS / Javascript / PHP
- Node.JS

- SQL / Entity Framework
- Cloud services like AWS Or Azure
- Git
- Jira

Our wishes:

- Some experience in working as a frontend or backend developer
- Do you have a Git-hub repository? Great. Send it over!
- Knowledge in either Fullstack development, Web security, Test-driven development, Source code management, or Docker & Kubernetes
- Fluent in English, meritorious with Swedish
