Our Customer Experience Design team within the Service Portfolio & Delivery department is now looking for a UX Design Lead. In this role you will have both a coordinating and coaching role for a group of six UX designers, while also delivering operational. In the lead role, you will facilitate and support the team to work efficient together. You will also keep a holistic UX perspective to all services that we are responsible for by connecting the dots across the different services and identify key dependencies.

The work will be carried out in close cooperation with our distributors and internal departments with a lot of cooperation with Service Designers, Product Owners, Product Managers and other stakeholders.

 

Assignment

We would you like to…

• facilitate and support a team of six UX designers in how to work with UX in different value creating teams
• work with continuous improvements of design process while also supporting the team to follow commonly defined UX core principles and concepts for UI design
• be part of a bigger design team including UI and UX designers and service designers supporting development of customer digital services
• drive continuous improvements of CX way of working in the organisation
• solve complex problems related to interactions, usability and interfaces across platform and devices
• conduct user research to identify key insights, customer journeys and opportunity areas and translate these into concepts and designs
• create elegant wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, storyboards, prototypes and UI
• conduct user testing and continuously refine the design and features to ensure user needs and goals are met
• plan and facilitate workshops to align stakeholders or co-create
• collaborate with customers and markets over the whole world
• create compelling design work and communicate to stakeholders
• share knowledge on design methods, tools and trends with your fellow colleagues

 

What we are looking for…

• a designer with 5+ years of professional experience in a UX design role with experience from coordinating and distributing design work for a team, preferably in a role as a UX design lead
• a natural leader with possibility to organize and inspire others
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders
• a customer centric mindset, passionate about design and technology, always curious to learn
• a problem solver with ideas that challenge and a drive to bring them to life
• a team worker, confident in multi-disciplinary teams of designers, developers, product owners and product managers. With an collaborative attitude, ready to help, believing that we are better together
• someone who approaches things systematically, natural at zooming out to see the big picture and then deep dive to set the important details
• an open personality having great communication skills and fluent in English, both speaking and writing
