We are now looking for a Senior Product Designer for our Growth Domain!

About the role and the team

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with an eye for details and a highly strategic approach. If you have a multi-skilled passion and mastery for visual design, experience design and storytelling - you will thrive in this role.

In this role, you will lead product design discovery and strategy by evaluating and identifying the intersection of business growth, customer needs, and technical opportunities and constraints. You will be key in ensuring that our product and its features are valuable for our customers, easy to use and of the highest level of craft and execution. You will work in small and focused multi-disciplinary product teams and projects to reach common goals. To succeed in this role we believe that you are a person who is constantly asking why, but with the end-goal and responsibility of finding the answer.

Together with Engineering, Marketing, and Engagement/CRM, the Growth Domain is responsible for identifying and validating opportunities to optimize the experience for our new customers and improve customer activation across Storytels platforms and customer lifecycle.

As part of this team, you will work in a dynamic setting, with continuous organizational development to ensure we deliver on our customer promise to make the world a better place by making stories available to anyone, anywhere, anytime, and to achieve high-set global targets of 30% revenue growth, as well as explicit EBITDA targets.

The role includes

- Have end-to-end responsibility for the user experience, from discovery to delivery of the final solution
- Conduct valuable and direction-setting user research, interviews and usability testing
- Make user needs assessment, identify pain points and define user journeys
- Sketch out user flows, produce high-quality mockups and interactive prototypes
- Define strong evidenced-based design rationales and communicate and advocate those decisions to a variety of stakeholders and teams
- Craft delightful and accessible UI based on our Digital ID, Design System and UX copy guidelines
- Actively design and build products by working closely with other product designers, product managers, and engineers
- Support developers through the implementation process and carry out quality control of the implemented design
- Facilitate workshops and co-creative sessions with the team and stakeholders
- Effectively collaborate with developers, QA and other stakeholders throughout the whole design process

About you

- 5+ years of proven professional experience working in product- or service design, developing state-of-the-art digital products and services
- Fluent or on a professional level in English, both written and spoken
- Experience of having end-to-end responsibility for the user experience
- Experience of visualize and prototype intended solutions at various levels of fidelity, from high-level wireframes or mock-ups to conceptual presentations to highly technical documents and diagrams
- Advanced skills in common design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch
- Experience working in a scale-up and fast paced environment is a plus
