Exciting Opportunity

We have an open position as Developer responsible for our build environment and the tools we use for build and delivery within the CRM Algorithms Function Control section placed in Stockholm.

PIMCtrl is a separate software module in the Radio software. It is handling configuration of the PIM cancellation feature. In this role you will focus on the teams deliveries into the CI flow. The development ranges from early studies to test activities and maintenance.

The work will include long term evolution of the tools and environments used for build and deliveries. Supporting team members with tools knowledge and be part of the verification activities for new HW or SW features. The goal is to develop a high quality software with low maintenance needs.

Our organization works in Lean and Agile ways. We coordinate multi-functional development teams in which continuous improvement and knowledge exchange is part of the daily work.

You will

• Drive the Product life cycle management, including build, delivery and release handling, following the deliveries, tracking the issues and ensuring the quality of deliveries.
• Being part of the existing continuous integration and delivery flows and actively drive the PIMCtrl way of working towards those flows
• Supporting the life cycle management tools for PIMCtrl, typically gerrit, Yocto, Jenkins, configuration files in various formats, build tools, test tools, Linux tools and script handling

To be successful in the role you must have

• University degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience from tools like GIT, Gerrit, Jenkins, Eclipse, Maven, JCAT, Yocto (nice to have)
• Programming experience in Java or C++
• Prefer if you have experience in a relevant position
• Good communication skills and social ability
• Proficiency in English (speaking and writing)
