Job Description

Together with one of our customers, Crossbreed, we develop the next generation of smart energy services such as making the heating and cooling of buildings more efficient and optimising District Heating Networks. As a result, we save both money and the environment and we are especially proud of the latter!

The Crossbreed platform is developed as Golang microservices on AWS cloud using *only* serverless functionality such as Lambda, DynamoDB, IoT Core etc. Also, since every electron saved is a win for our environment, we have rather extreme efficiency requirements, counting microseconds and ensuring efficiency in data formats and queries.

In this position you:

1. will enhance yourself in framework/core development
2. will improve your knowledge of cutting-edge AWS Cloud Services, especially their serverless solutions
3. will gain expertise in cleantech/sustainability solutions.

Qualifications

We look for someone who:

• has a high interest in the Google go language since we base almost all our codebase on go
• has a keen interest in cloud technology, especially AWS / serverless
• truly wants to implement generic functionality, SDKs and also likes to optimize code/solutions!

… and of course, have a keen interest in saving our planet! 😉

We value curiosity and it is important that you have the ambition to be at the forefront of technology and methodology development. So, if you have spent several years behind the computer authoring software and the art of coding and would like to continue to indulge yourself with it, you *must* apply 🙂

You speak and write fluent English and Swedish, since it is required in contact with colleagues and customers.

Additional Information

Location: Flexible. We are pretty loose in respect where and how the work gets done, but it would be nice if you are situated in Malmö (or in one of our other locations) and can take part a few days a week in-person, it’s always fun to meet live but it’s not a must!

Working hours: Full time.

Start time: By agreement.

Other: Travelling not expected but could occur.
