Do you want to build products that help people live better lives?
That's what we're working on. And now we are building a completely new team within embedded software in the Med tech department. We are more than 20 engineers within various fields today and we are now looking for software engineers to join us in exciting projects! The growing software department is newly started, and this is a chance to come on board very early to be able to influence how we’ll move forward and make a huge impact!
Basic qualifications
What will you do here as Senior Embedded Software Developer?
You will have a very important role to fill in our group. Understanding customers, suggesting solutions based on your knowledge, and working with implementing them using your SW skills and embedded platforms experience. We often help customers from the very beginning so you will be instrumental when selecting the latest platforms, tools and methods to use in a new project and then also to have the opportunity to work with them.
You will also have a very important role to help build the team, meeting customers and understanding their problems, coaching less experienced engineers and of course have a lot of fun doing so. Sigma Connectivity live by the slogan "never work alone!" and with more than 700 colleagues in many different fields you will always find someone to help out if you encounter a problem!

Who are you?
We believe you are a team player who challenges the way we work, to make sure we learn and improve. We hop that you have a background where you've worked with:
- C/C++ and have worked with several different embedded platforms.
- Device driver development
- Connectivity standards like Bluetooth, Wifi, NFC, LTE
- Comfortable using debuggers, Git and other tools
- Know how to work with smaller RTOS:es and Linux
- Agile work and open source development
- You are good at communicating complex things in a simple way
- You like to work with all sorts of people in an international environment
