Senior Project Manager

The position 

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion to develop and deliver great software and who would like to work with e-health?

If so, we have got a fantastic opportunity for you. As a member of the Agile Program Management Office (APMO) you will be part of a team working cross our Product and Service delivery organization leading projects that provide preventive, intelligent and reliable solutions making a difference through the digitalization of healthcare. 

As Project Manager you will plan and managing different software development projects toward its goals. You will have an ongoing dialogue with customers and also manage the financial and commercial aspects of the projects. You will of course manage collaboration within the project team as well as with other areas of the organization, cross border. Perform stakeholder analysis, risk management and change control. To feel comfortable in this position you should be a driver of agile methodologies. In addition to hands-on project management you will promote self-organization in teams and support them in adopting agile principles and methods in our daily work.

About you   

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have strong knowledge of project management in agile organization and lean portfolio management. It is easy for you to build relationships; you have a coaching mindset and lead as a facilitator and enabler.  

Requirements   

- 5+ years’ experience as a project manager in software development projects
- Experience of agile project management
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English since it will be used in the daily work
- Experience working in an international environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or education experience in a relevant field related to software engineering.  

It´s a bonus if you have

- Experience of lean portfolio management and SAFe
- Experience of working as a Scrum Master

Place of employment: Stockholm or Linköping.

Scope: Full time 

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
