Network Operation Engineer

Responsibility:

Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns

Designs build and maintain our social media presence

Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights

Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing

Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience

Design and implement client data center network environment for social media high-performance network connection

Network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization

Requirement:

Digital Marketing Qualifications / Skills:

Creating and maintaining client relationships

Self-motivated yet customer-focused

Familiar with Chinese digital platforms, such as Weibo, Tik Tok (Douyin), Xiaohongsu, BiliBili and so on. And, abroad platforms, such as Youtube, Twitter and Facebook

Language Skill: the client is facing and servicing Chinese users, Mandarin is required, and dialect such as Cantonese is preferred

Network skills: establish the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation and defining, documenting and enforcing system standards and secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access

Design skill: To ensure that work meets all related engineering, planning, and operational standards. To identify potential network issues and risks, and to provide workable technical solutions to mitigate such risks

Quality certificate: holding or having the same level of experience in ISO/9000 related certificate; holding or having the same level of experience in ISO/IEC 27000 related certificate
