As Technical Support Specialist you will be on the front lines of Looklet, ensuring excellent customer experience and diving deep into Looklets IT-systems when needed. ARBETSUPPGIFTER
- Investigate and troubleshoot a world-leading high-tech product and resolve client issues – such as software & hardware issues as well as user assistance
- Management of support tickets for day-to-day client communications
- Create and maintain a close relationship with clients across Europe and your Looklet team in Sweden, U.S and Sri Lanka
- Contribute your understanding and discoveries to our knowledge base

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- You have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing technical support role
- Familiarity with MacOS, Linux, and basic familiarity with Windows
- Experince of managing cases thorough tickets, possibly in JIRA or freshdesk
- A basic familiarity with cloud based compute and storage
- Full english proficiency

Meritorious skills

* Basic skills in java or javascript, to understand and read code
* Knowledge in how too manage technical incidents

Personal Skills

* You need too be cooperative and communicative, after since you will be providing service to people with different level on their technical skills. And too give Looklets clients the best possible customer experinece.
* You need to be problemsolving, to be able to figure out solutions for various technical issues in both hardware and software.

* Extent: Temp-job, 6 months.
* Placement: Södermalm, Stockholm. Possibility to work remote.
