Cloud Product Owner, Connectivity

Do you want to part of building a Connectivity Platform in the Automotive sector from the very discovery phase to a fully implemented platform? Currently, we are working with a very interesting Connectivity project within Automotive where we need to add to our group of experts. This is your chance to be part of an global project from the very beginning!

You will belong to a highly technical team, with several experts in the Automotive and Data area. We are looking for an experienced Cloud Product owner for the position that is based either in Stockholm or Gothenburg. Travelling between the cities will be required as also travelling abroad mainly to China.

Your role

As a Cloud Product Owner you will l have the following responsibilities:

Own the backlog and make sure that the teams are constantly doing the right things, and have a healthy balance of innovation, keeping technical debt at a low level and product life cycle management.

Define the product strategy and product roadmap based on an understanding of customer behavior, business direction, market trends and the possibilities future cloud services and apps.

Write user stories and technical requirements to secure maximum customer value

Drive sprint planning and reviews, including feature prioritization together with the program manager
For this role we would like the following experience:

- MSC in Engineering
- At least 8 years of experience in an ownership role (Product/System/Function Owner)
- At least 5 years of Java and/or GoLang development experience
- At least 5 years of Cloud-based service development experience
- Several years of experience with car infotainment, telematics, connected services, and apps
- Experience with software architecture considerations and agile software development methods

It's also great if you have experience in any of the following:

- App development techniques for mobile platforms,
- System integration and hardware configuration,
- Testing framework for app development
- Specialized skills or strong interest in AI, VR/AR, Eye tracking, etc.

Personality

You have an excellent understanding of the customer and business needs and how to translate that into a product roadmap with low technical debt. You are always up to date on the latest and future possibilities in anything cloud related.

You are a humble yet strong leader, with great communication skills in both speaking and writing. You understand how to get a team to work together towards a common goal in an efficient and healthy way , so that everyone understands what they contribute with and how. You have experience from and really enjoy working in large, global teams with people from all over the world.
