Director, Human Resources

We’re looking for a Director, Human Resources with extensive technology recruitment experience to join our team. We plan to expand our organization quickly over the next few years and you will play a key role in the expansion. It’s a hands-on role that combines responsibility for the Human Resources function and driving our day-to-day recruiting together with hiring managers.

Role

• Overall responsibility for Human Resources (including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Management, Payroll Admin)
• Lead recruitment activities on a day-to-day basis, including sourcing and interviewing candidates.
• Support the management team, managers and employees with HR and recruiting related questions
• Develop a world-class employer brand by shaping our culture, hosting meet-ups, participating in events and more
• Organize employee on-boarding and manage the relocation process for non-Swedish hires together with consultants
• Continuously develop and improve HR processes and frameworks to support the business
• Lead HR related projects throughout the company to ensure that objectives are reached
• Source and manage external service providers (recruitment firms, leadership development programs, skills training)
• Run an annual compensation benchmark to make sure we have an updated view on Compensation & Benefits
• Reporting to the CEO

Education, Experience & Skills

• Relevant University level degree
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of Swedish labor law
• Extensive technology recruitment experience
• Swedish and English proficiency, additional languages a bonus
