Job Description

C#/C++ software engineer develops and maintains digital products that support key production processes as well as supplementary functions.

Key responsibilities:

• design, develop, test, and maintain custom software solutions
• collaborate with other professionals to define the higher-level functional and non-functional requirements
• contribute to software architecture, design, and interface definition
• document software requirements, architecture, and design
• Be operationally responsible for the respective process-crucial systems, including taking part in emergency responses

Reporting:

C#/C++ software engineer reports directly to the Head of IT.

Job requirements

• A degree in computer science, systems science, or equivalent education or experience.
• Minimum 3 years proven track record of designing and building highly scalable, maintainable, secure, and robust software
• Strong knowledge and experience of C#/.NET and C/C++
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• basic understanding of agile practices (Scrum, Kanban)

Considered as merit:

• Working expertise in Test Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing frameworks
• Knowledge of web-based UI frameworks
• Expertise with HA clustering of MySQL
• Expertise in mobile applications development
• Familiarity with Tableau

This is full-time position with a start according to agreement

Probation period: 6 months.
