ABOUT THE ROLE:

In the role with focus on UX/UI, your main responsibility will be to develope software applications towards operations and have a great focus on UX/UI. Great importance will be placed on research but also prototyping, which recuires that you have a software development point of view. It is also important that you have a broad perspective where you can see the whole picture and look ahead to contribute to Perstorp's digital development.

As a trainee within our Digital Transformation Trainee Program, you will be at the heart of this exciting change toward an even more digital experience at Perstorp. Together with the trainee team consisting of 5 people, you will together create something completely new and drive the internal digital transformation forward. This is a completely new opportunity where you will part of a specific team responsible for their own projects, but also work cross-functional on an overall level towards the entire organization and it's tranformation.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• To qualify for the trainee program, we believe that you are newly graduated and holding a Master´s Degree Interaction Design or similar.
• Genuine interest in management and digitalization.
• Entrepreneurial, communicative and creative.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Meritorious experience:

• Have a background in the field of chemistry.
• Relevant work experience in addition to your studies.

ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT: 

This is a consulting assignment meaning you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition is for the assignment to result in a permanent employment at Perstorp in October 2023.
