My name is Anneli Joelsson, and I’m head of Invoicing & Transactional Document team within Telia IT. We are a great team of highly professional experts, responsible for development and maintenance for IT application supporting the CRM and Payment domain. We are now looking for an experienced IT Technical Specialist to join our team. Your location will be in Sundsvall.

Is this your next opportunity?

As a member of my team, you will support our global roll out of Invoicing & Transactional Documents service in Telia for all our markets which currently are the Nordic and Baltic countries. You will also support delivering the best customer communication to Telia Company’s end users, with our target system BDL by features as formatting, generating, delivering, and archiving.

To achieve our goals in this journey, you need to establish a close collaboration with relevant stakeholders in IT. Together with your team, you will play a major role in ART deliveries developing, deploying, and maintaining the transactional document application in Telia Company.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• Analysis of requirements
• Continuous improvements
• Quality assurance
• Plan and/or participate in test planning and test execution

Your personal competencies:

• You are good at communicating and being transparent to support the team in a change journey
• You are a social team player who also can work independently
• You have a passion for supporting and assisting others in a positive and engaging way.
• You enjoy co-operating with others, building relationships with other IT teams and business units

Your Experience:

• 5-10 years IT experience
• Experience with requirement gathering and understanding business needs
• Understanding and/or experience working according to SAFe or other agile methodologies
• System security skills
• Extra points for experience programming (JAVA)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) and English
