Senior UX Designer & UX Researcher | 100% Remote

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Senior UX-Designer / UX Researcher for Procurement and Implementation with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

For the Offer department, we are looking for a Senior UX Designer. You will collaborate with agile teams of visual designers, content producers, developers, and testers. You also have contacts in other parts of the organisation, such as insight and analysis, market, law, product and customer service, and with our external partners.

Your work will span the entire UX process, with a focus on user research. This includes, for example, planning and carrying out usage tests, moderating interviews, analysing test results, and identifying and initiating quantitative data collection.

You are a member of a design forum where you help each other with your work, learn together, and constantly improve and broaden each other's skills. You help each other across team boundaries to relieve and ensure delivery quality. You are jointly responsible in the UX team for developing both working methods and processes, as well as overall service design, as well as actively working to spread insights and working methods throughout the organisation.

Examples of tasks are as follows:

• Participate in concept discussions and formulate testable hypotheses;
• Identify test needs and test methodology;
• Support the development of prototypes used for tests;
• Plan and carry out usage tests in collaboration with other UX designers;
• Transform insights into design changes; and
• Develop the process and working methods for how we test against our users.

Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:

Competency prerequisites for the applicant:

• We see that you have at least 5 years of experience as a UX Designer or UX Researcher, as well as a strong track record of planning and executing user tests.
• You should be at ease moderating interviews and running user tests.
