You will be responsible for developing high-quality and efficient data pipelines on the IKANO Bank’s new AWS-based Data Platform, as an integral part of our “Data & Analytics” team and in close collaboration with Tech Leads, Data Analysts and Business Intelligence developers.

Your profile
We are looking for persons with a “can do”-attitude, with experience in multiple technologies and a drive to constantly learn more. Someone with a keen interest in technology but who also understands that the key deliverable is the data that we provide to our IKANO Bank colleagues.
To succeed in this role, you need to possess strong technical, communication and collaboration
skills.
The position will report to the Data Delivery Chapter Lead and will be based in Malmö.
Key responsibilities
• Develop and support data pipelines on IKANO Bank’s new AWS-based Data Platform.
• Transform designs and requirements into efficient, easily maintainable and reusable code.
• Automate as much as possible, from CI/CD pipelines to testing and to data quality.
• Collaborate with, help and support team members and other stakeholders.
• Participate in the Solution Design process.
• As we strive to work according to DevOps practices, you will share the responsibility with the rest of the team for making sure that our solutions are developed, tested, deployed and run well.
Key Qualifications
• Having a minimum of 5 years of experience working with data engineering or similar
• Experience with the data technologies in AWS, (e.g. S3, AWS Glue, AWS Athena, Lambda, RedShift, etc) or other relevant cloud technologies.
• Being structured and analytical and can conceptualize complex technical issues
• Experience in data modelling, particularly for Data Warehouses, is an added advantage
• Experience in the technology of our current data platform technologies (Oracle RDBMS and Informatica) is an advantage
• Experience and knowledge of agile frameworks, preferably SAFe
• Experience in the banking industry is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), including facilitation.
