YOU WILL
We are in an exciting phase, where our solution architecture will be a possibility for continued international expansion and further development of our product portfolio. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role and have overall responsibility for the development of our technical solutions. Our solutions are cloud-based and you will work with existing architecture, but also with designing and implementing new solutions, creating architecture roadmaps, and follow up and coach where needed. You will continuously monitor trends and best practices to remain up to date and to contribute to continuous improvements. We have a modern technical environment and some of the technologies we use are Java, AWS, React, Terraform and Spring Boot.

Other tasks:

- Provide leadership and support to the development process
- Document and publish the defined process and targeted architecture supporting it
- Define, agree and communicate the roadmap for the applications in scope and keep application repository up-to-date together with business functions
- Drive implementation of solutions in adherence with the solution design

YOU ARE
We believe you have a solid experience of navigating technically in challenging environments and are used to guiding and making decisions about overall solution architecture. You understand the principles of cutting-edge technologies and mature products to set and develop the target architecture best practices and patterns.

Being a person that motivates colleagues and lead by example are key-success factors. You also need to have good time management skills and the ability to effectively communicate to both business and technical individuals. We also see you having some of the following experiences:

- Broad knowledge and long experience of technical architecture and state of the art cloud solutions
- Degree in information technology, computing science or equivalent experience
- Professional proficiency in English
- Experience in managing transformation projects
