The world of transport and logistics is electrifying rapidly and at Scania we are committed to give our customers the world's best eTruck charging experience. Our Customer Experience Design team within the Service Portfolio & Delivery department is now looking for a UX-Designer, with main responsibility to make sure that our global digital services provide the best support to our customers and partners throughout the transformation. The outcome that we are aiming for is a world class customer experience for public charging and depot charging

 

Assignment

Would you like to…

• solve complex problems related to interactions, usability and interfaces across platform and devices
• conduct user research to identify key insights, customer journeys and opportunity areas and translate these into concepts and designs
• create elegant wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, storyboards, prototypes and UI
• conduct user testing and continuously refine the design and features to ensure user needs and goals are met
• plan and facilitate workshops to align stakeholders or co-create
• collaborate with customers and markets over the whole world
• create compelling design work and communicate to stakeholders
• share knowledge on design methods, tools and trends with your fellow colleagues

 

What we are looking for…

• a designer with 2+ years of professional experience in a UX design role, having a relevant academic degree (e.g. digital design/engineering/business)
• a customer centric mindset, passionate about design and technology, always curious to learn
• a problem solver with ideas that challenge and a drive to bring them to life
• a team worker, confident in multi-disciplinary teams of designers, developers, product owners and product managers. With an collaborative attitude, ready to help, believing that we are better together
• someone who approaches things systematically, natural at zooming out to see the big picture and then deep dive to set the important details
• an open personality having great communication skills and fluent in English, both speaking and writing
