Associate Quantitative Developer

Responsibilities

The Associate Quantitative Developer:

• Works on the quantitative software components of Tbricks system, including the mathematical / numerical / algorithmic development of models for Tbricks clients, troubleshooting, and debugging of the Tbricks software for the financial industry with essential mathematical / numerical / algorithmic content.

Main processes, systems, tools used

• Software development process: code-review, test driven development, domain driven design
• Tools: vim, bash, Emacs, Slack, git, Doxygen, Latex, memory & CPU profilers, Google suite, Jupyter, Matlab, Python, Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio
• Systems: Linux, JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo, gtest, gmock, google benchmark

Experience

• Experience in Science Research and Tbricks system quant components development is great plus
• Competence in mathematical software usage
• Familiar with OOP and design principles. Functional programming considered a plus
• Strong reasoning and algorithmic skills
• Team player
• Knowledge of English is a great plus
