Solutions Architect/Tech Lead

Are you passionate about software development and ready to take the next step? We’re looking for a solution architect that loves coding as much as designing software and knows their way around .net development and Azure cloud services.

Digital Sales and Content Solutions is part of the 1 000+ people strong If IT organization in the Nordics and Baltics. We’re responsible for mission critical web sites and digital sales channels that serves millions of customers each year.

As a solution architect you will play a key role in creating new digital capabilities that makes sure that our customers’ risks are covered based on their individual needs. You will be part of new development initiatives where you will contribute both with solution design and implementing software, as well as continuously improving live solutions in a DevOps setup.

In this role you will work in a newly established agile organization together with colleagues across the Nordics with a diverse set of competences. You will help to make sure we have the technical capabilities in place for us to succeed and facilitate cooperation with teams across the organization.

Desired skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science / Software Engineering. Relevant professional experience can compensate for formal background.
• A solid background in software development and extensive experience from designing and implementing new solutions.
• Experience of the Microsoft development stack and Azure Cloud as well as modern web development.
• A great communicator that can translate between technology and business requirements.
• Experience from working with complex multi-system environments in larger organizations.
