We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Senior Software Developer with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

The team in charge of the Active Safety arbitration software components is looking for a senior Software Developer with experience and interest in software system design and architecture.

As a senior SW developer, you will play an important role in structuring and designing the functionalities in this critical area. You will be a member of our SW development team and will help to develop system software components as part of the overall AD/ADAS system.

You will play an important role in gathering and balancing requirements for the arbitration software component, as well as designing the logical software system.

You will then use this design to build the software with the rest of the team. There may also be model-based components that must be converted into object-oriented code.

Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:

Competency prerequisites for the applicant:

• You are enthusiastic about developing software for safety-critical systems.
• You have some System Engineering experience in a functional SW context.
• You understand the relationship between function development and SW development because of your experience in this area.
• You have several years of experience developing software for safety-critical systems, preferably in accordance with ISO26262.
• You're comfortable with C++ coding as well as model-based development in Simulink / EC or something similar.
• You have strong analytical abilities and testing experience.
• You are a self-motivated, proactive team player with lofty goals.
• You are well-known for your abilities in collaboration and communication.
• You are inquisitive, eager to learn, and creative. You care about people and enjoy taking responsibility for organising and completing tasks.
• A valid driver's licence (level B)
