Role of Senior UX Designer in Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Senior UX Designer with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

For our client, we are looking for a Senior UX Designer. You will collaborate with agile teams of visual designers, content producers, developers, and testers. You also have contacts in other parts of the organisation, such as insight and analysis, market, law, product and customer service, and with our external partners.

Your work will span the entire UX process, with a focus on user research. This includes, for example, planning and carrying out usage tests, moderating interviews, analysing test results, and identifying and initiating quantitative data collection.

You are a member of a design forum where you help each other with your work, learn together, and constantly improve and broaden each other's skills. You help each other across team boundaries to relieve and ensure delivery quality. You are jointly responsible in the UX team for developing both working methods and processes, as well as overall service design, as well as actively working to spread insights and working methods throughout the organisation.

Tasks include:

• Take part in concept discussions and develop testable hypotheses.
• Determine test requirements and test methodology
• Help with the creation of prototypes for testing.
• Plan and carry out user testing with the help of other UX designers. Convert insights into design changes.
• Create a process and working methods for testing against our users.

Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:

Competency prerequisites for the applicant:

• At least 5 years of experience as a UX Designer or UX Researcher is required.
• Excellent habit of planning and carrying out user tests. You should be at ease moderating interviews and running user tests.
