We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Product Owner with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a product owner for a changing organisation. The product owner will have a significant impact on influencing and refining our agile way of working in the future.

To provide our customers and users with an exceptional digital experience, we must break free from the legacy that is holding us back and build software in a more sustainable and efficient manner.

The Commerce group is made up of three pure front-end teams that are in charge of the shopping experience across all digital channels and across all of the company's brands.

You will work with the entire Selfcare (three teams), exercising coaching leadership and bringing teams and stakeholders together. You strive to understand enough about business and technology to assist teams in achieving our vision. You are a team player who can modify your role to meet the needs of a large organisation.

Responsibilities and duties include:

• To achieve our objectives, we must prioritise our efforts.
• Where goals and value are unclear, create clarity.
• Encourage both the business and IT to think MVP, Management of stakeholders.
• Coordination with other purchasing officers and architects.
• Ensure that the teams are working in optimal conditions, with a reasonable workload and high output.
• Pursue a data-driven strategy.

Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:

Competency prerequisites for the applicant:

• Previous experience in the role is required in order to contribute with a vision while also working pragmatically.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams.
• Capability to look up and assist others in seeing perspectives that they do not see.
• An agile toolbox that includes methods like impact mapping, estimation, effect goals, degradation, user stories, and so on.
• Knowledge of modern agile development principles such as transparency, cooperation, value focus, autonomy, continuous delivery, MVP, POC, and WIP.
• Basic knowledge of UX and CI/CD.
