Senior UX Designer

Towards this end, we are looking for a Senior UX Designer to assist our journey towards becoming a data-driven digitalization leader.

In this role you will work towards shaping and optimizing the experience of using our industry-leading digital products aimed at both car owners and affiliated workshops (3500+) across our primary markets in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Poland. You will be the visionary who sets the UX and design agenda, shaping our processes, targets, and operations to set the industry bar of product experience against which all competitors compare themselves.

This role is a part of the digital area within group business development, and you will work closely with colleagues focusing on advanced analytics, digital product development and business, service, and product development both on a group and subsidiary level.

High level description:

- Conduct user research and leverage business insights to create best-in-class digital product experiences for the groups' strategically important services
- Set up and own the design process that includes everything from user research, prototyping, interaction design and user testing
- Work operationally with UX and proactively advocate the importance of a UX and design-thinking mindset to a variety of stakeholders across different business units, functions, and levels
- Support our data-driven agenda by validating designs and hypotheses through a structured approach

You:

- Experienced individual with a passion for UX, design-thinking and building high quality digital products together with an agile and cross-functional team
- Thought leader that has experience promoting and leading work with a user-centric mindset
- Strong ability to translate business needs into concrete requirements and design solutions
- Solid people and communication skills – able to engage with a wide range of both technical and business stakeholders across our business areas
- Deliver prototypes and user interfaces that solves business and user problems
- Experience working in a standard UX tool such as Figma, Adobe XU, Sketch or similar
- Experience and interest in user research, interaction design and user tests targeting both B2B and B2C audiences
- Able to communicate effortlessly in English. Communication skills in one of our other company languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, and Polish) is a plus but not required.
