Performance Test Engineer to SEB in Stockholm

As a Performance Test Engineer at SEB in Stockholm, you will work with end-to-end performance testing and further develop our performance testing from a Continuous Delivery/DevOps perspective as well as be part of our journey to the Cloud with GCP. We have more than 1200 applications and you will test everything from applications used by millions of customers to applications designed to protect the bank from money laundering.

ABOUT THE POSITION

You will work as a performance test engineer against SEB´s development teams and technical platforms such as Java, .NET and Mainframe. You can expect a developing role where each assignment is unique. You work consultatively with assignment leaders from the development teams where you are responsible for test management, execute the performance tests and deliver results. You will also be involved in how we establish performance tests from a Continuous Delivery/DevOps perspective and our goal to shift left.

Your team:
You will belong to a team of Performance Test Engineers, Scrum Master and Product Owner. We collaborate and work together with all delivery teams throughout SEB and we are known for our deep expertise within the area performance testing.

The entire bank is working according to the same agile framework and ceremonies. The office is located in Arenastaden, Solna and is award-winning for Swedens best office 2019 and has among many things, restaurants, cafes, modern gym, top of the art bicycle garage and roof-top garden.

YOUR PROFILE

We believe that you have a couple of years of experience in a similar role with end-to-end performance testing. You have worked with tools like LoadRunner, JMeter or similar and have experience of scripting and analyzing test results.

As a person, you are eager to learn more and have genuine interest in new technologies. You work well in a team and are happy to share your knowledge with others. To be able to communicate effectively with your colleagues, you are fluent in both written and spoken English.
