As CRM Manager at Nelly.com, you are an important player in driving Sweden´s first e-commerce forward!

YOUR CHALLENGE

As CRM Manager you will have a broad role and work both strategic and operational to improve our customer journey and ensure content and loyal customers. By having product ownership over our CRM platform and responsibility for our KPI targets, your daily work will include:

• Work with data driven identification and development of profitable customer segments
• Strategically plan weekly communications through newsletter, app and web push channels in close collabroation with marketing and sales
• Continuously bring new ideas for our CRM communications to acquire new customers and retain the existing one
• Delivering customer insights to rest of the organization

THE TEAM AND WORK PLACE

You will belong to our CRM area which is currently under construction. You will have team lead responsibility over a CRM coordinator and work in close collaboration with the CX manager and a data scientist. In addition to the CRM area, you will also work close to marketing and sales.

Our office is located in Borås and you will also have opportunity to work remotely.

ABOUT YOU

To manage this role, we see that you have previous experience as a CRM Manager or equivalent within e-commerce where you have worked with different CRM tools. We are looking at changing CRM platform, therefore it is positive if you have experience of CRM migration projects.

As a person, we believe that you are analytical and solution-oriented. As you will work broadly with different parties within the company, we see that you are communicative and initiative-taking. We speak mostly English within our company but it is an advantage if you have knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
