Your qualifications 👨‍🎓

What we need to see:

• 2-3 years experience in a fast moving environment, ideally a top tier management consulting firm
• Exceptional problem solving skills, from structuring issues to designing workstreams
• Strong numerical/ analytics skills and financial modelling experience
• Relevant domain experience in Fintech, SaaS or more generally Financial Services
• Clear communication skills and comfortable presenting recommendations to C-Suite

What: 👨‍🚀

Juni is building from scratch a world-class finance & strategy team to steer the company through the next phase of growth. Strategy associates are expected to act as the commercial brain of the company, driving Juni's business planning process and identifying and measuring growth and profitability initiatives by acting as a strategic partner to function heads.

The strategic development group is responsible for identifying and executing value-adding projects. At the end of the project, as defined by the group, the product is either spun into its own area, handed over to an existing function, or removed. The strategic development group will also be involved in identifying and setting Juni's long-term strategy.

The fact that some projects will be removed gives the group large freedom to focus on off-kilter ideas that they believe can add value to Juni. They can also be incorporated in the longer-term strategy, should the project be successful.

The projects can be entirely within the strategic development team or can assist a business function in an early incubation stage. The projects will be sponsored by a Director or member of the founding team, who commit to helping to pull in team resources where necessary (e.g., designers or engineers).

Your responsibilities 💪

In this role you’ll:

• Shape half year strategy working with senior leadership across the organization
• Run high priority strategic projects end-to-end including market entry assessments through to implementation
• Manage delivery of key market insights on competitors and customers alongside Product and UX research teams
• Lead and support on-hoc projects including new GTM initiatives, strategic partnerships and new product feature assessments

Within 1 month you'll:

• Set up the necessary processes to identify strategic initiatives and start executing on the first project (s)

Within 3 months you'll:

• Executed the first cohort of strategic initiatives, and evaluate whether they fit in Juni's longer term strategy
