UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.

The Consultant role

As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.

Education/training

Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.

Experience

We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.

Required experience for this role:

• Good understanding of the Android platform

• You have experience with reading, writing, debugging, and maintaining Android applications on mobile platforms.

• Android NDK and JNI to integrate with native C++ libraries.

• Dagger 2 dependency injection framework.

• Asynchronous programming using RxJava.

Working language: English


Meriting competence

• Java, Python, iOS, Objective-C, Kotlin, Swift, and low level programming

• experience with agile methodologies, strong testing practices, and CI/CD.



About the position

• Work as a senior Android developer

• enable evolution of the architecture and the approachability of cross-platform building blocks used in our applications when we work for clients for all the major platforms.

• Our current focus is to improve the interoperability between C++ and app native programming languages to make life easier for SDK and client infrastructure developers when using a messaging solution based on Protobuf.
