About the Role

We are facing growing interest in exploring LowCode/NoCode solutions to solve business challenges. We primarily use the Microsoft Power Platform. This emerging digitalization opportunity needs someone capable of leading, promoting, and developing this competence area further. In this role, you will drive a newly established LowCode/NoCode Center of Excellence. We need your vision to get the big picture and roadmap right besides helping to build awesome business solutions with multiple stakeholders.

We won't expect you to have all the answers, but we hope you are eager to learn and get hands-on experience with a positive can-do attitude.

We hope to find an inspiring technology advocate who can bring together business, design, data, and cloud development to create new solutions. You like working cross-functionally in a fast-moving international environment and have excellent communicative skills, a strong sense of responsibility and enjoy building sustainable services and solutions. You will be part of our international multidisciplinary development team. This position can be located in Finland, Sweden, or Poland.

What we are looking for

• Solution architect, senior consultant, or similar position in SaaS, hyper-automation or integration
• Understanding of Power Platform (Dataverse, Model Driven/Canvas apps, Power Virtual Agent, Power Automate flows)
• Understanding of software architecture and application lifecycle planning
• Ability to communicate fluently with stakeholders to identify opportunities to solve business challenges
• Passion to improve and optimizing governance, DevOps and service processes
• Background as a software, solution, integration or data engineer
• Relevant university-level education  
• Fluent English

• Relevant certifications
• Coaching and mentoring skills
• Azure (for example Logic Apps or Functions)
• Solution development with Power Apps, Power Automate, Virtual Agents, SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft Graph or Dynamics
• Way of working development for low-code/no-code or robotic process automation
• Integration design and implementation
• Data management, databases, Power BI
• Programming (like C#, Python, React, TypeScript)
