Agile Product Owner

We are looking for Agile Product Owners to our awesome Game Studio in Stockholm.

About the role

As an Agile Product Owner you will act as the customer towards the team and enable the development team to work together in an efficient and focused manner. You will collaborate with a cross functional, highly skilled engineering team in a fast moving environment. Above all, you will help them to create the most exciting, fun and profitable digital casino games.

Your main tasks include, but are not limited to:

- Setting one priority for the team
- Responsibility for the release planning
- Maximizing return of investments
- Setting and communicating the product vision
- Act as the customer towards the team
- Communicating with internal stakeholders business

Skills we expect for success

We believe that the ideal candidate has very good leadership skills and an excellent ability to motivate others, paired with analytical and administrative skills. You should also have a high level of energy, enthusiasm and self-motivation. Furthermore you always want to understand the bigger picture of what we are trying to accomplish when managing a project. You are intuitive and possess a genuine passion for helping teams and individuals to grow.

Your desired skills are:

- Hands-on experience working as an Agile Coach, Agile PO or Scrum Master with software development teams.
- Experience using a combination of lean and agile practices to help teams to succeed and organizations to evolve.
- Ability to work with both established and newly formed teams, challenging and supporting them to continuously improve.
- Fluency in English
