We’re now looking for a code writing guru to focus on Dynamics 365, for our global IT team. So, what’s this job all about?

Our Dynamics 365 implementation covers many important processes in areas such as sales, marketing and customer services. Critical solutions for us are going forward, that support both enhancing our customer experience and our internal efficiency. There are several interesting initiatives in the pipeline, and we’re in the forefront when it comes to adapting new functionality. We also have a close collaboration with our partners, giving us a unique opportunity to both get early insights and shape the roadmap of our products. As a Lead Developer you support our business in understanding the capabilities and possibilities in the Sales and Customer service landscape supported by Dynamics 365.

With your background we expect you to drive enhancement not only in our solutions but also in our way of working and tools used. More hands-on duties are to create pre-studies, system specifications and time estimates. You also design and implement our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform landscape, while constantly exploring the roadmap and new opportunities. You take the lead in creating the systems software design requirements which you base on both functional and non-functional requirements of our business. You’re comfortable in achieving results both on your own but also via others. This is important because we enhance and develop our platform via partners.

Your competence

You hold a university degree in IT or have a similar work history. This is combined with at least five years’ experience in the field, and confidence in the development of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer services modules. Our corporate language is English, so fluency is required.

You have technical competence in:

• JavaScript

• C#

• CRM SDK

• .Net

• Plugin development and debugging

• Windows Communication Framework

• Power Automate

It's great if you also have competence in the following systems, but we encourage you to apply even if you don’t:

• Automated release cycle (ALM and DevOps)

• Application Insights (configuration) Lead Developer

• Application Insights (configuration)

• MS Dynamics CRM certification (developer)

• Azure stack (Logic Apps, Azure functions)

• D365 marketing and customer insights modules

• Marketo or other marketing automation platform

• Contact center solutions
